My goal is to provide you with the Lean Manufacturing tools you need to help improve your plant and business. We all want to make improvements, but do not necessarily have the tools or the experience to do so. I will provide many different tools for you to make use of including the following:
Forms
Sometimes you need certain forms to be able to do a task. Things like time studies, area maps, ergonomic evaluation tools, and even job breakdown sheets are all very important. They are really parts of the overall package you will need to help with Lean. You can read more about the forms here:
If you need Lean information you can read and take with you, then take a look at our ebook section. We have found this is one of the easiest ways to increase your knowledge of lean. Just by having something to read at any given time can help. Our ebooks can do that.
Here is a quick reference place for many of the lean formulas we love to forget! Some of these formulas will be the takt time equation, flow rate of the plant equation, and even a line design resources equation.
