This spreadsheet will work right out of the package. All you need to do is fill in the times for the section you are watching, and the sheet does the rest.

If you need to change the PFD, there is a box for that

If you need to change the recorded time, you can do that. Currently it is set up for minutes, and then converting minutes into hrs. With about a minutes worth of work, you can set this to seconds if you want.

There is also a section on this sheet for you to diagram out the area you are studying, like an area map.

Overall, this is one of the best time study sheets I have seen out there for people to use.
