5S and Lean Manufacturing?
I work in a factory and have been for almost 10 years now. I don’t want to be a machine operator all my life, so I’m doing what I can to learn more of the manufacturing industry. Can anybody tell me where I could get in good reading on 5S, Lean Manufacturing, KanBan staging areas, ETC. Also any other good items that I should have knowledge of. Thanks in advance.
