Wer are looking to implement lean principles in an office setting, but we’re struggling with high-performance office workstations (5S’d workstations that are extremely efficient). Does anyone have any pictures of such workstation or know any website where I can view?
We are trying to 5S an office environment. Like most offices, there are papers, equipment, folders, etc… pretty much everywhere. We normally shadowbox and align the tools in production; however, we’re struggling a bit with this in the office workspace.
